Jeannine is the Managing Partner and oversees LexPractis Limited’s Management Board as well as LexPractis Legal. She is responsible for creating the firm’s business plan and formulating the strategic development of the firm.
Having worked 20 years in the legal field, principally focused on Commercial and Family Law, Jeannine has expertise in dealing with an expansive range of family law matters including complex financial issues, drafting and advising on agreements in property settlements in marital (or de-facto) separations, negotiating outcomes that minimise the damage to the fragile family relationships.
Jeannine is an experienced commercial lawyer and heads the firm’s corporate practice. She has developed particular expertise in corporate finance and advises on corporate governance, providing guidance to the directors and shareholders of commercial entities in relation to their rights, obligations and duties. She assists a diversified client portfolio, ranging from small/medium companies to large/international groups.
